Delicious Bagels in an Instant

Ingredients
- 125 g self-raising flour
- 100 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Mix and knead
Place the self-raising flour, Greek yoghurt and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Knead the ingredients with your hands until you have a smooth dough. The dough should feel slightly sticky, but not stick to your hands. Is it too sticky? Add a little extra flour. -
Shape the bagels
Divide the dough into two equal parts. Roll each part into a long rope and shape it into a circle. Press the ends together well so that they remain firm. -
Prepare for the oven
Line the basket of your airfryer with a sheet of baking paper. Place the bagels on top. Brush them lightly with some water using a brush and sprinkle the sesame seeds generously over the top. -
Let's bake!
Bake the bagels in the airfryer at 160°C for 18 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through.
