BBQ Chicken Rolls | from the Airfryer

Big, crispy buns filled with tender barbecue chicken – it doesn’t just sound delicious, it’s also super easy to make! Ideal for a hearty lunch or as a savoury snack for a tasty snack. Of course, we prepare these filled buns in the airfryer for the perfect bite. Read below how easy it is!

Ingredients

  • 2 pre-baked Italian rolls
  • 130 grams of grated cheese
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • Finely chopped coriander
  • 150 ml barbecue sauce
  • 250 grams of chicken fillet
  • Chicken spices

Preparation method:

Step 1: Bake the chicken strips for 8 minutes at 180 degrees

Step 2: Throw all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well

Step 3: Hollow out 2 Italian buns

Step 4: Fill the hollowed out Italian rolls with the ingredient mix

Step 5: Garnish the balls with some extra mozzarella

Step 6: Bake for 6 minutes at 180 degrees

Step 7: And enjoy!

Tip: Also delicious with a little extra barbecue sauce!
