πŸ›’ Ingredients (for 2 pieces):

  • 2 slices of bread (preferably brioche or white bread)
  • 2 tbsp Biscoff spread (Lotus speculoos spread)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Crumbled Biscoff cookies for topping

πŸ”₯ Preparation method:

1️⃣ Make a well in the bread by gently pressing the center (do not flatten completely).
2️⃣ Make the custard: Beat together the egg, Greek yogurt, vanilla and honey.
3️⃣ Spread the Biscoff spread over the bread and pour the custard over it.
4️⃣ Airfryer: Bake at 180Β°C for 8-10 minutes , until the custard is set and the bread is golden brown.
5️⃣ Garnish: Sprinkle with crumbled Biscoff cookies and icing sugar if desired.
