Chocolate Oatmeal from the Oven or Airfryer

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 170 ml milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 80 g oatmeal
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa
- 2 tsp hazelnut paste
- Fruit of your choice

Preheat the oven to 180°C (or set the airfryer to 160°C). -
Mixing the batter
Beat the egg, milk and honey in a bowl with a whisk until fluffy. Add the oats and cocoa and mix until smooth. -
Filling the bowls
Divide the oatmeal mixture between two ramekins. Make a well in the middle of each ramekin and spoon a heaped teaspoon of hazelnut spread into it. -
Baking
- In the oven: Bake the oatmeal in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes until firm and slightly risen.
- In the air fryer: Bake the oatmeal for approximately 17 minutes at 160 °C.

Finishing
Serve the warm chocolate oatmeal with fresh fruit of your choice for a delicious finishing touch.
