Chocolate Oatmeal | From the Airfryer

Chocolate Oatmeal from the Oven or Airfryer
Servings: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 170 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 80 g oatmeal
  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tsp hazelnut paste
  • Fruit of your choice

Preparation method

  1. Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 180°C (or set the airfryer to 160°C).

  2. Mixing the batter
    Beat the egg, milk and honey in a bowl with a whisk until fluffy. Add the oats and cocoa and mix until smooth.

  3. Filling the bowls
    Divide the oatmeal mixture between two ramekins. Make a well in the middle of each ramekin and spoon a heaped teaspoon of hazelnut spread into it.

  4. Baking

    • In the oven: Bake the oatmeal in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes until firm and slightly risen.
    • In the air fryer: Bake the oatmeal for approximately 17 minutes at 160 °C.
  5. Finishing
    Serve the warm chocolate oatmeal with fresh fruit of your choice for a delicious finishing touch.
