Green Herb Omelet from the Airfryer 🥚🌿
Enjoy a light, nutritious omelette packed with fresh vegetables and herbs. Ideal for breakfast, lunch or a light meal and quickly prepared in the Airfryer!
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 200 g spinach leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 zucchini, in strips
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 4 spring onions, in rings
- 5 g chives, finely chopped
- 5 g parsley, finely chopped
- 5 g dill
- Salt and pepper
Preparation method

Prepare:
- Preheat the Airfryer to 180℃.

Making omelette mix:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl until fluffy.
- Add the spinach, zucchini, garlic, spring onion and herbs.
- Season with salt and pepper and mix everything well.

Baking in the Airfryer:
- Pour the omelette mix into a greased Airfryer insert or oven dish that fits in the Airfryer.
- Bake the omelette for 10 minutes until cooked through and firm.

Serve:
- Cut the omelette into wedges or slices and serve warm. Delicious with a fresh salad or a slice of whole wheat bread.
