Vegetable Omelet | From the Airfryer

Green Herb Omelet from the Airfryer 🥚🌿

Enjoy a light, nutritious omelette packed with fresh vegetables and herbs. Ideal for breakfast, lunch or a light meal and quickly prepared in the Airfryer!

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g spinach leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 zucchini, in strips
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 spring onions, in rings
  • 5 g chives, finely chopped
  • 5 g parsley, finely chopped
  • 5 g dill
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation method

  1. Prepare:

    • Preheat the Airfryer to 180℃.
  2. Making omelette mix:

    • Beat the eggs in a bowl until fluffy.
    • Add the spinach, zucchini, garlic, spring onion and herbs.
    • Season with salt and pepper and mix everything well.
  3. Baking in the Airfryer:

    • Pour the omelette mix into a greased Airfryer insert or oven dish that fits in the Airfryer.
    • Bake the omelette for 10 minutes until cooked through and firm.
  4. Serve:

    • Cut the omelette into wedges or slices and serve warm. Delicious with a fresh salad or a slice of whole wheat bread.
