Airfryer Egg Toast: A Tasty Start to Your Day!

Ingredients (4 servings):
- 4 slices of toast bread
- 4 tablespoons of spreadable butter with sea salt
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml mozzarella, grated

- 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
- Dijon mustard, to taste
- Radishes, thinly sliced

Preparing the bread:
Place the slices of bread on your work surface. Use a glass to press a round indentation into the center of each slice. This will be the perfect spot for the egg. -
Covering and filling:
Spread each slice with a layer of butter and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the bread. Carefully crack an egg into the indentation and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. -
Airfryer moment:
Carefully place the slices in your airfryer. Bake them for 5 minutes at 200°C , or until the egg white is set and the cheese is golden brown and bubbly. -
Finishing and serving:
Remove the toast from the airfryer and sprinkle with finely chopped chives. Serve immediately with a scoop of Dijon mustard and radish slices for a fresh touch.

- Use slices of bread of average thickness: bread that is too thick will not cook as well.
