πŸ›’ Ingredients (for 2-3 persons):

  • 250 g mushrooms (or other fungi), coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • Β½ tsp dried thyme or oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)

πŸ”₯ Preparation method:

1️⃣ Prepare mushrooms: Clean the mushrooms and cut them into large pieces.
2️⃣ Herbs: In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms and toss well.
3️⃣ Airfryer: Bake at 200Β°C for 10-12 minutes , shaking halfway through for even cooking.
4️⃣ Garnish: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately!
