🍚πŸ”₯ Airfryer Fried Rice! A quick, easy and super tasty way to make perfect fried rice - without a wok! πŸ˜πŸ‘Œ

πŸ›’ Ingredients (for 2-3 persons):

  • 2 cups cooked and cooled rice (preferably day old)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g. peas, carrots, peppers, corn)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • Β½ tsp garlic powder
  • Β½ tsp ginger powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Spring onion & sesame seeds for garnish

πŸ”₯ Preparation method:

1️⃣ Mix the rice with vegetables, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Add the beaten egg and stir well so that the mixture is evenly distributed.
3️⃣ Airfryer: Spread the rice in the basket and bake at 180Β°C for 10-12 minutes . Shake halfway through.
4️⃣ Garnish: Finish with spring onion and sesame seeds for extra flavor!
