ππ₯ Airfryer Fried Rice! A quick, easy and super tasty way to make perfect fried rice - without a wok! ππ
π Ingredients (for 2-3 persons):
- 2 cups cooked and cooled rice (preferably day old)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g. peas, carrots, peppers, corn)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- Β½ tsp ginger powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Spring onion & sesame seeds for garnish
π₯ Preparation method:
1οΈβ£ Mix the rice with vegetables, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt and pepper.
2οΈβ£ Add the beaten egg and stir well so that the mixture is evenly distributed.
3οΈβ£ Airfryer: Spread the rice in the basket and bake at 180Β°C for 10-12 minutes . Shake halfway through.
4οΈβ£ Garnish: Finish with spring onion and sesame seeds for extra flavor!
