Salmon Rice Bowls

🍣🔥 Salmon Rice Bowl from the Airfryer! An easy, healthy and tasty bowl with perfectly cooked salmon, fluffy rice and a delicious sauce! 😍🍚

🛒 Ingredients (for 2 persons):

  • 2 salmon fillets (skinless)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional: mix with sriracha for extra spice)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Spring onion & nori shreds for garnish

🔥 Preparation method:

1️⃣ Marinate the salmon with soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic and ginger powder. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Airfryer: Bake at 200°C for 8-10 minutes until the salmon is nicely cooked and lightly caramelized.
3️⃣ Build the bowl: Divide the rice over a bowl, place the salmon on top and pull it apart with a fork.
4️⃣ Garnish: Add avocado, spring onion, sesame seeds and a drizzle of sriracha mayo.
