Airfryer Gnocchi: A delicious Snack!

Ingredients

  • 600g gnocchi
  • 17 g butter
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 20 g grated parmesan
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper

    Prepare sauce

    Start preparing the sauce. Peel the garlic and pick the leaves from the basil sprigs. Mix the garlic together with the basil and parmesan until smooth. Then add the cream and stir well. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and place it in the refrigerator until needed.

    Preparing Gnocchi

    Place the gnocchi in the basket of the air fryer. If your air fryer is not large enough, divide the gnocchi into several batches. Cut the butter into small pieces and divide it evenly over the gnocchi. Sprinkle the gnocchi with salt and pepper.

    Baking the Gnocchi

    Set the air fryer to 180°C and bake the gnocchi for twelve minutes. Shake the basket occasionally so that the gnocchi becomes crispy on all sides.

    To serve

    Serve the golden brown gnocchi with the homemade basil sauce and enjoy a delicious, crispy meal.
