Buffalo Chicken Loaded Fries | From the Airfryer

Buffalo Chicken with Fries from the Airfryer 🌶️🍟

Looking for a spicy, flavorful meal that's ready in no time? This Buffalo Chicken with fries from the airfryer is the perfect choice! The chicken is deliciously crispy, drenched in Frank's Hot Sauce and served on a bed of fries with a creamy crème fraîche topping. An irresistible combination!

Ingredients (for 2-3 persons):
- For the Buffalo Chicken:
- 400 g chicken thigh fillet (cut into small cubes)
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 100 g flour
- 75 g cornflour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 75 ml Frank's Hot Sauce Buffalo

- For the side:
- 1 bag of fries to taste
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
- Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- Salt to taste

Preparation method:

1. Marinate the chicken:
Place the chicken cubes in a bowl and pour the buttermilk over it. Stir well, cover the bowl and put the chicken in the fridge for 2 hours to marinate.

2. Prepare the chicken:
In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, onion powder and garlic powder. Roll the marinated chicken cubes in this flour mixture, so that they are well coated.

3. Crispy chicken from the airfryer:
Preheat the airfryer to 180°C. Place the chicken cubes in the basket and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

4. Prepare the fries:
Bake the fries according to the instructions on the packaging in the air fryer or oven.

5. Compose:
Divide the fries over plates or a bowl and spoon the crispy Buffalo Chicken over it. Add a generous spoonful of crème fraîche and garnish with the thin red onion rings, fresh parsley and a little salt.

6. Serving:
Serve immediately and enjoy this spicy, creamy and crispy Buffalo Chicken meal! 🌶️💥
