Crispy Spicy Fries with Garlic Dip from the Airfryer 🍟

Ingredients
For the fries:
- 750 g large, floury potatoes
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Pinch of pepper
For the garlic dip:
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 50 ml yoghurt (for example Arla® Skyr)
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
Preparation method

Prepare the potatoes:
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into large fries.
- Place the fries in a bowl, add water until they are covered and let them soak for 30 minutes.

Herbs and baking:
- Drain the fries and pat them dry with a tea towel.
- In a large bowl, mix the fries with the oil and all the herbs and spices.
- Preheat the Airfryer to 180℃. Bake the fries for 20 minutes until crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking.

Make the garlic dip:
- Mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill and chives well in a bowl.

Serve:
- Serve the spicy fries warm with the fresh garlic dip and enjoy!
