Roasted Potato Slices with Thyme and Butter

- 35 g butter

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin, even slices using a mandolin. Pat them dry with kitchen paper and place them in a bowl. -
Melting and seasoning
Melt the butter and pour it over the potato slices. Chop the fresh thyme coarsely and add it together with a good pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything well so that the potatoes are nicely covered with the herb butter. -
Arranging and baking
Place the potato slices upright in an oven dish, making sure they are not too close together so that they can cook properly.- In the oven: Preheat the oven to 190°C and bake the dish for 60 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- In the airfryer: Bake the potato slices for 40 minutes at 170°C for a quick and crispy result.
