Roasted Roseval Potatoes with Honey and Dill Yogurt Dressing

Potatoes
- 400 g roseval potatoes
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pinch of salt and pepper

Dressing
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 0.5 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
Preparation method

Roasting potatoes
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan). Wash the potatoes and cut them in half. Put them in a baking tin and sprinkle with olive oil, honey, salt and pepper. Mix everything well so that the potatoes are nicely covered.- Oven: Bake the potatoes for 45 minutes, turning them halfway through for an even, crispy texture.
- Airfryer: Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes at 160°C, tossing halfway through for the perfect crunch.

Making fresh dressing
In a bowl, mix together the yoghurt, water and finely chopped dill. Season the dressing with a pinch of salt. -
Serve
Serve the warm, roasted potatoes with the fresh dill yoghurt dressing on the side.
