Here's a delicious and simple recipe for Chicken Gyros from the airfryer! 🌯🔥 Perfect for in a pita, on a salad or just with some fries.
🛒 Ingredients (for 2-3 persons):
- 400 g chicken thigh fillet (or chicken breast), thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional, for extra depth)
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- Salt & pepper to taste

- Pita breads
- Tzatziki or garlic sauce
- Tomato, cucumber, red onion
🔥 Preparation method:
