Crispy Airfryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers 🧄🌿

Ingredients:
- 450 g chicken fillet (diced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
For the sauce:
- 4 tbsp salted butter
- 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Preparation:
- Mix the chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, paprika powder, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers, making sure they fit in your air fryer.
- Bake the chicken skewers in the air fryer at 190°C (375°F) for 20-25 minutes, turning them halfway through for even cooking.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chili flakes and cook until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Brush the chicken skewers with the garlic-parmesan sauce just before serving.
