Ingredients
- 400 g cauliflower, cut into florets
- 100 g flour
- 150 ml milk
- 1 plate panko
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
- Pinch of garlic powder
- Pinch of oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation method
1. Preparation:
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C.
2. Seize:
Combine the flour and milk in a large bowl. Add the paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper and stir until smooth.
3. Bread the cauliflower:
Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter, making sure they are well coated. Then roll the florets in the panko, creating a crispy layer.
4. Airfryer Preparation:
Place the breaded cauliflower florets in the airfryer basket (make sure they are not on top of each other for even cooking). Bake in the airfryer for 15 minutes at 190°C, or until golden brown and crispy. Shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
5. Serving:
Serve the cauliflower nuggets warm with a spicy chili sauce or creamy garlic sauce for a delicious snack.
Enjoy your meal!
