Crispy Chicken Wings with Curry Dip from the Airfryer 🍗💥

Fancy a tasty, crispy snack that's ready in no time? These airfryer chicken wings are perfectly crispy on the outside and deliciously tender on the inside. Serve them with a creamy curry dip and you've got an irresistible snack or meal!

Ingredients (for 4 persons):
- For the chicken wings:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

- For the curry dip:
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yoghurt, crème fraîche or Arla® Organic Skyr
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder

Preparation method:

1. Preparing chicken wings:
Pat the chicken wings dry with a piece of kitchen towel. Mix the baking powder with the garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt in a bowl.

2. Herbs and baking:
Preheat the airfryer to 120°C. Roll the chicken wings in the dry baking powder mixture until they are well coated. Place the wings on a piece of baking paper in the airfryer basket. Make sure they do not overlap; you will probably be baking them in several stages.

3. First baking:
Bake the chicken wings for 15 minutes at 120°C. Then heat the airfryer to 220°C and bake the wings for another 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.

4. Making curry dip:
Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the curry dip in a bowl until you have a creamy sauce.

5. Serving:
Serve the crispy chicken wings with the delicious curry dip and enjoy this tasty snack!

Tip: For an extra kick, add some chili to the curry dip! 🔥
