Airfryer Pizza Prosciutto
Enjoy a crispy, golden brown pizza base topped with velvety tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella and tasty prosciutto. This quick and delicious pizza is baked to perfection in the airfryer – ideal for an evening full of Italian cosiness!

Preparation method:
1. Prepare: Roll out a pizza dough to the desired size and make sure it fits in your airfryer. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the base and sprinkle with Italian herbs.
2. Topping: Divide pieces of fresh mozzarella over the sauce and place slices of prosciutto on top. Add some rocket or Parmesan cheese after baking if desired.
3. Baking: Preheat the airfryer to 200°C. Bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes until the cheese has melted and the base is nice and crispy. Check halfway through the cooking and turn the pizza if necessary for an even result.
4. Serve: Carefully remove the pizza from the airfryer and finish with a drizzle of olive oil or fresh basil. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
