Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- Mix the olive oil, garlic, thyme, paprika powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels and rub them with the spice mixture.
- Place the pork tenderloins in the air fryer basket and bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the tenderloins. Halfway through the cooking time, you can turn the tenderloins for even cooking.
- Check doneness by piercing the thickest part of the pork tenderloins with a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should be at least 63°C for medium rare and 71°C for medium.
- Remove the pork tenderloins from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting them.
