Pork tenderloin from the Airfryer

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  2. Mix the olive oil, garlic, thyme, paprika powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels and rub them with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the pork tenderloins in the air fryer basket and bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the tenderloins. Halfway through the cooking time, you can turn the tenderloins for even cooking.
  5. Check doneness by piercing the thickest part of the pork tenderloins with a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should be at least 63°C for medium rare and 71°C for medium.
  6. Remove the pork tenderloins from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting them.
  7. Cut the pork tenderloins into slices and serve them warm.

You can serve this dish with side dishes such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes or a fresh salad. Enjoy your meal!
