Roasted Portobello with Goat Cheese, Pine Nuts and Honey

Ingredients
- 1 portobello
- 3 slices of soft goat cheese
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 handful of mixed lettuce
- 1 tsp honey
Preparation method

Filling and baking
Fill the portobello with the slices of goat cheese and place it in the airfryer. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C, until the cheese has melted nicely. -
Roasting pine nuts
Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan until they are lightly golden brown. -
Serve
Place a handful of mixed greens on a plate and top with the goat cheese portobello. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and drizzle with a little honey for a lovely sweet twist.
