Cheesecake | From the Airfryer

Creamy Cheesecake from the Airfryer 🍰

Enjoy this irresistible, silky cheesecake with a crispy biscuit base. With the airfryer you can prepare this delicacy in no time and you have a perfect treat for every occasion!

Ingredients:

  • 200 g biscuits (finely ground)
  • 100 g butter (melted)
  • 400 g cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 ml whipped cream

Preparation method:

  1. Make the base:
    Mix the finely ground biscuits with the melted butter until crumbly. Press this firmly into the bottom of a greased springform pan.

  2. Prepare the batter:
    Beat the cream cheese together with the sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and the whipped cream. Mix until smooth.

  3. Compose:
    Pour the cheesecake batter over the cookie base in the springform pan and smooth the top.

  4. Baking in the air fryer:
    Preheat the airfryer to 150°C. Place the springform pan in the airfryer and bake the cheesecake for 25 minutes. The top should be lightly golden brown, while the inside remains slightly wobbly.

  5. Cooling and setting:
    Let the cheesecake cool completely in the springform pan. Then put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to firm up.

  6. Serve:
    Garnish the cheesecake with fresh fruit, a layer of jam, or a touch of icing sugar. Cut into nice wedges and enjoy!

Tip: Store the cheesecake in the fridge; it will stay fresh for up to 3 days. Perfect for a party or a fancy dessert! ✨
