Banana Bread | From the Airfryer

Moist Banana Bread from the Airfryer 🍌

Enjoy this delicious, fluffy banana bread that is perfect for breakfast, a snack or a sweet treat with coffee. In just 25 minutes you can prepare this healthy and tasty bread in the airfryer.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation method:

  1. Prepare the batter:
    In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Add the eggs, flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, brown sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth and without lumps.

  2. Preparing for the airfryer:
    Preheat the airfryer to 160°C. Lightly grease a cake tin with butter or oil and pour the batter into it. Smooth the top.

  3. Baking:
    Place the cake pan in the airfryer and bake the banana bread for 25 minutes. Check after 20 minutes with a skewer if it is done. If the skewer comes out clean, the bread is done.

  4. Cooling down:
    Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a rack.

Tips:

  • Extra flavor: Add walnuts, chocolate chips or raisins to the batter for a surprising twist.
  • Storage: Store the banana bread in an airtight container so that it stays fresh for several days.
