Ingredients
- Half a baguette
- 3 tomatoes, deseeded and chopped
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 pressed garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Handful of grated mozzarella
Preparation method
- Bake the baguette in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 180 °C and let it cool.
- Mix the tomatoes, onion, garlic, Italian herbs and olive oil in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the baguette diagonally into larger slices and divide the tomato mixture over it, followed by the mozzarella.
- Bake the bruschetta for 6 minutes at 180°C in the preheated air fryer until crispy and golden brown.
