Airfryer Cupcakes 🧁

Ingredients:
- 125 g flour (sifted)
- 125 g sugar
- 125 g butter (at room temperature)
- 2 eggs (at room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp milk
- pinch of salt
Preparation method:

Make the batter:
In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy with a mixer. Add the eggs one by one and mix well. Then add the vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Mix everything until a smooth batter without lumps. -
Fill the molds:
Divide the batter evenly over the cupcake cases. Fill the cases to about 2/3, so they can rise nicely. -
Preheating:
Preheat the air fryer to 160°C. -
Baking:
Place the cupcake cases in the basket of the airfryer. Bake the cupcakes for 12-15 minutes. Check with a skewer if they are done: if the skewer comes out clean, they are perfectly baked. -
Cooling down:
Remove the cupcakes from the air fryer and let them cool completely on a rack. -
Decorate:
Decorate the cooled cupcakes with frosting, icing, or a dollop of whipped cream. For extra flavor, you can add chocolate chips or fruit to the batter.
