Ingredients (for 4 persons)

  • 1.5 pounds fingerling potatoes (or baby red, Yukon Gold, or baby Russets)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Preparation method

  1. Preheat: Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and lightly spray the basket with an olive oil spray.
  2. Seasoning: Cut the fingerling potatoes in half and toss in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Prepare the Airfryer: Line the bottom of the basket with baking paper so that the cheese does not stick.
  4. Baking: Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer in a single layer. Bake for 14-18 minutes at 200°C, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Check after 14 minutes to see if they have reached the desired crispiness.
  5. Serving: Serve immediately and garnish with fresh parsley for a fresh touch.
