Italian Focaccia from the Airfryer 🍞✨

Ingredients:
- 300 g flour (type 00)
- 7 g dry yeast
- 200 ml lukewarm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- Sea salt to taste
Preparation method:

Make the dough:
Place the flour in a large mixing bowl and mix in the dry yeast, sugar and salt. Add the lukewarm water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Knead the mixture for 5-10 minutes until a smooth and elastic dough is formed. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. -
Prepare the focaccia:
Roll out the risen dough into a flat shape that fits in the airfryer. Place it on baking paper. Brush the dough with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle the chopped rosemary and sea salt over it. -
Baking in the air fryer:
Preheat the airfryer to 180°C. Place the focaccia in the basket and bake for 15-20 minutes until the bread is golden brown and crispy. -
Serve:
Let the focaccia cool for a few minutes and serve warm. Perfect with a bowl of olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping, or as an accompaniment to an Italian dinner.
