Stuffed Mushrooms with Boursin and Cheese

- 75 g Boursin
- 2 spring onions
- 50 g grated cheese

Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems, creating a nice cavity for the filling. -
Fill
Use a teaspoon to generously fill the mushroom cavities with Boursin. Thinly slice the spring onions and distribute over the stuffed mushrooms. Press them gently into the Boursin. Finish with a generous layer of grated cheese. -
Baking
- Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan) and bake the mushrooms for 15 minutes, until they are soft and the cheese is golden brown.
- Airfryer: Bake the mushrooms in the airfryer at 160°C for 10 minutes for a quick and perfect result.
