Stuffed Mushrooms with Boursin and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 75 g Boursin
  • 2 spring onions
  • 50 g grated cheese

Preparation method

  1. Prepare
    Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems, creating a nice cavity for the filling.

  2. Fill
    Use a teaspoon to generously fill the mushroom cavities with Boursin. Thinly slice the spring onions and distribute over the stuffed mushrooms. Press them gently into the Boursin. Finish with a generous layer of grated cheese.

  3. Baking

    • Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan) and bake the mushrooms for 15 minutes, until they are soft and the cheese is golden brown.
    • Airfryer: Bake the mushrooms in the airfryer at 160°C for 10 minutes for a quick and perfect result.
