Cinnamon Donut Bites

Recipe for Cinnamon Donut Bites

Ingredients:

  • 250 g self-raising flour
  • 200 g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Cinnamon sugar (for coating)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation:

  1. Making dough:
    Mix the self-raising flour, cinnamon and Greek yoghurt in a bowl until it forms a dough. Then knead the dough into a smooth ball.

  2. Divide dough:
    Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll them into small balls.

  3. Airfryer baking:
    Preheat the airfryer to 180°C (350°F). Place the dough balls in the basket and bake for 8-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

  4. Coat with cinnamon sugar:
    Melt the butter in a bowl. While the donut bites are still warm, dip them in the melted butter and then roll them in the cinnamon sugar until well coated.

  5. Serve:
    Serve the donut bites plain, or with melted chocolate for extra flavor!

Tip: You can also vary the donut bites by rolling them in powdered sugar for a lighter coating or adding a little vanilla extract to the dough for extra aroma.
