Crispy Ravioli with Homemade Marinara from the Airfryer 🍴
Give your ravioli a surprising crunch with this delicious Airfryer version! Serve with a tasty homemade marinara and enjoy an irresistible appetizer or snack.
Ingredients:
For the ravioli:
- 250 g ravioli (with filling of your choice)
- 2 eggs
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 30 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
For the marinara:
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 400 g diced tomatoes
- Handful of fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method:

Make the marinara:
- Heat a little oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and garlic until the onion is translucent.
- Add the diced tomatoes and fresh basil leaves. Let the sauce simmer on low heat while you prepare the ravioli. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare the ravioli:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with ¾ of the Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
- First roll the ravioli in the egg and then in the breadcrumb mixture, so that they are completely covered.

Airfry the ravioli:
- Preheat the Airfryer to 180-200°C.
- Place the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the basket of the Airfryer. Make sure they do not overlap.
- Fry the ravioli for 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Serve:
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the crispy ravioli.
- Serve the warm ravioli with the homemade marinara as a dip or sauce.
