ππ₯ Smash Burgers from the Airfryer! Extra juicy, super tasty and easy to make - the perfect burger without a grill or pan! ππ
π Ingredients (for 2 burgers):
- 250 g ground beef (80/20 fat percentage for juiciness)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 burger buns
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 2 slices of pickle
- 2 lettuce leaves (optional)
π₯ Preparation method:
1οΈβ£ Make 2 meatballs (125 g each) and flatten them slightly with your hand. Season with salt and pepper.
2οΈβ£ Airfryer: Bake the burgers at 200Β°C for 6-8 minutes , pressing lightly with a spatula halfway through for that 'smash' look!
3οΈβ£ Add the cheddar cheese in the last minute so that it melts nicely.
4οΈβ£ Toast the buns: Brush with melted butter and bake for 2 minutes at 180Β°C in the airfryer.
5οΈβ£ Build your burger: Spread the buns with mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup, place the burger on top and top with pickles and lettuce.
