πŸ›’ Ingredients (for 2 burgers):

  • 250 g ground beef (80/20 fat percentage for juiciness)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 burger buns
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 2 slices of pickle
  • 2 lettuce leaves (optional)

πŸ”₯ Preparation method:

1️⃣ Make 2 meatballs (125 g each) and flatten them slightly with your hand. Season with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Airfryer: Bake the burgers at 200Β°C for 6-8 minutes , pressing lightly with a spatula halfway through for that 'smash' look!
3️⃣ Add the cheddar cheese in the last minute so that it melts nicely.
4️⃣ Toast the buns: Brush with melted butter and bake for 2 minutes at 180Β°C in the airfryer.
5️⃣ Build your burger: Spread the buns with mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup, place the burger on top and top with pickles and lettuce.
