Speculoos Cheesecake

🍰🔥 Speculoos Cheesecake from the Airfryer! The ultimate creamy cheesecake with a delicious Biscoff base and topping - and that just from the airfryer! 😍✨

What you need:
✔️ 150 g Speculoos/Biscoff cookies (crumbled)
✔️ 50 g melted butter
✔️ 200 g Philadelphia cream cheese
✔️ 50 g sugar
✔️ 1 egg
✔️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✔️ 50 ml whipped cream
✔️ 2 tbsp Biscoff spread (for extra creaminess!)

🔥 How do you make it?
1️⃣ Mix the crumbled cookies with melted butter and press into a baking tin.
2️⃣ Mix Philadelphia, sugar, egg, vanilla and whipped cream until smooth. Pour over the base.
3️⃣ Bake for 20 min at 160°C in the airfryer. Then let it cool.
4️⃣ Finish with melted Biscoff spread and extra cookies!
