Airfryer Vanilla Cake
Meet this delicious, soft vanilla cake that comes out of your airfryer in just 25 minutes! Perfect for unexpected visitors, a festive occasion or just as a quick treat with coffee. Simple, airy and irresistible.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of flour (sifted)
- 150 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of butter (at room temperature)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 ml milk
- pinch of salt
Preparation method:
- Prepare the ingredients: Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature and sift the flour.
- Mix the base: Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until light and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg.
- Make the batter: In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add this to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Finally, add the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Prepare the airfryer: Preheat the airfryer to 160°C and grease a cake tin well.
- Pour the batter: Pour the batter into the cake tin, making sure it is evenly distributed.
- Bake it: Place the pan in the airfryer and bake the cake for 15-18 minutes. Check with a skewer whether the cake is done; if the skewer comes out clean, it is perfectly baked.
- Cooling: Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
