Vanilla Cake | From the Airfryer

Airfryer Vanilla Cake

Meet this delicious, soft vanilla cake that comes out of your airfryer in just 25 minutes! Perfect for unexpected visitors, a festive occasion or just as a quick treat with coffee. Simple, airy and irresistible.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of flour (sifted)
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of butter (at room temperature)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 ml milk
  • pinch of salt

Preparation method:

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature and sift the flour.
  2. Mix the base: Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until light and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg.
  3. Make the batter: In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add this to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Finally, add the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  4. Prepare the airfryer: Preheat the airfryer to 160°C and grease a cake tin well.
  5. Pour the batter: Pour the batter into the cake tin, making sure it is evenly distributed.
  6. Bake it: Place the pan in the airfryer and bake the cake for 15-18 minutes. Check with a skewer whether the cake is done; if the skewer comes out clean, it is perfectly baked.
  7. Cooling: Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it and let it cool completely on a wire rack.

Serve: Slice and enjoy a delicious, airy cake with tea or coffee. Add a topping or glaze for an extra festive touch! 🎂
